PAYING MINIMUM DUES

Important: It is the responsibility of the member to pay dues in advance of each quarter. 

Statements and invoices will be emailed 30 days prior to the start of the quarter.  

PAYMENT METHODS

• Posted Dated Cheques
• Cheques
• E-Transfers* (preferred)  to dues@iatse118.com.
• Cash - not recommended
• Credit Card - by QuickBooks invoice plus vendor fees (2.9% +0.25).

Important information about payments

• Payments will only be accepted in Canadian funds (CAD). It is the responsibility of the member to arrange payment in CAD.
• Members with small amounts due should remit directly to dues@iatse118.com.
• Dues payments are non-refundable.
• Credit on file will be applied to future dues balances.
• It is important to note that any amount of a financial obligation of membership unpaid when due is considered a state of arrears. Members need to pay dues prior to the beginning of each quarter. 

PRE-AUTHORIZED DEBIT(PAD)

The Pre-AUTHORIZED DEBIT (PAD) system is a method of payment that automatically debits your minimum dues from your bank account on either a yearly or quarterly basis with financial forms and authorization. 

Members must provide a complete the Pre-Authorized Debit (PAD) form, attached below, with bank account information, dues payment preferences, and signature. A void cheque from the member's financial institution for the same account used in the PAD form must also be provided. This is to fully verify that the account number to be charged is correct. We cannot run dues charges with incomplete forms, or if both of the forms have not been provided. 

The release date for PAD charges is typically a week prior to the beginning of the upcoming quarter. 

FULL YEAR PAYMENTS

Full Membership Dues are payable on or Before JANUARY 1st each calendar year. The membership period covers the calendar year; January 1 to December 31st.

EARLY ANNUAL DUES PAYMENTS

Members who pay full membership dues before DECEMBER 1st of the calendar year will receive a 5% discount on dues. 
After the discount, early dues are;

QUARTERLY DUES PAYMENT

Member may select to pay their minimum dues quarterly in that case dues are payable in advance of 
Q1- January 1st, Q2 - April 1st, Q3 - July 1st, Q4 - October 1st.
