PAYING MINIMUM DUES
Important: It is the responsibility of the member to pay dues prior to the beginning of each quarter. Check your email for your statement.
Members can pay yearly or quarterly (prior to the start of the quarter).
PAYMENT METHODS

- Posted Dated Cheques
- Cheques
- E-Transfers* (preferred).
- Cash - not recommended
- Credit Card - In person, by email invoice, or over the phone (plus 4% processing fee)
* E-Transfers should be sent to dues@iatse118.com. E-transfers sent to other Local 118 addresses will be declined.
PRE-AUTHORIZED DEBIT(PAD)
The Pre-AUTHORIZED DEBIT (PAD) system is a method of payment that automatically debits your minimum dues from your bank account on either a yearly, quarterly, or monthly basis based on an agreement set up between the member and Local 118. Members who wish to utilize the monthly payment option are required to pay one-quarter of minimum dues in advance in order to comply with the Constitution and By-Laws.
Members must provide a complete Pre-Authorized Debit (PAD) form, attached below, with bank account information, dues payment preferences, and signature. A void cheque from downloaded from the member's financial institution for the same account used in the PAD form must also be provided. This is to fully verify that the account number to be charged is correct. We cannot run dues charges with incomplete forms, or if both of the forms have not been provided.
FULL YEAR PAYMENTS
Full Membership Dues are payable on or Before JANUARY 1st each calendar year. The membership period covers the calendar year; January 1 to December 31st.

EARLY DUES PAYMENTS
Members who pay full membership dues before DECEMBER 1st of the calendar year will receive a 5% discount on dues. After the discount, early dues are;

QUARTERLY DUES PAYMENT
Member may select to pay their minimum dues quarterly in that case dues are payable on or before;
Q1- January 1st - One-quarter of the Annual Dues amount
Q2 - April 1st - One-quarter of the Annual Dues amount
Q3 - July 1st - One-quarter of the Annual Dues amount
Q4 - October 1st - One-quarter of the Annual Dues amount
